Daskalidès chocolate

Tablets and bars are very important to the Daskalidès range. Plain tablets are created with a moulding technique. The shapes are put on a plate and filled with chocolate. After cooling off, the chocolate is taken out of the shapes. Tablets with fillings follow the same procedure but the % of addition to the chocolate depends on the recipe. Daskalidès experiments with original combinations of flavours such as cinnamon, spices, coriander and ginger.

Côte d'Ivoire 85%
An extra dark chocolate made of cocoa mass from Ivory coast, with an extreme bitter taste.

Ghana 42%
Milk chocolate made from cocoa paste from Ghana in Africa, of superior quality with a very delicate taste (100g).

Java 32%
Milk chocolate made with cocoa paste from Java in Indonesia, with a strong creamy taste (100g).

Papua New Guinea 72%
Dark chocolate made with cocoa paste from Papua New Guinea, with a hint of fruit, and a slightly acid, spicy taste (100g).

Santo Domingo 72%
Dark chocolate made from cocoa paste from Santo Domingo, reputed for its rich combination of intense, fruity and spicy flavours (100g).

Sao Thomé 74%
Dark bitter chocolate made with cocoa paste from Sao Thomé in Africa, with a slight fruity touch (100g).
