Daskalidès chocolate
Tablets and bars are very important to the Daskalidès range. Plain tablets are created with a
moulding technique. The shapes are put on a plate and filled with chocolate. After cooling off,
the chocolate is taken out of the shapes. Tablets with fillings follow the same procedure but the
% of addition to the chocolate depends on the recipe. Daskalidès experiments with original
combinations of flavours such as cinnamon, spices, coriander and ginger.
